January - April $3,900 all utilities included
May-August $1,500 including utilities, however, electric (A/C) is only covered up to $200.
September -October $3,000 including utilities, however electric (A/C) is only covered up to $200.
November-December $3,800 all utilities included
- You may want to obtain a Renter Card which will give you access to the following amenities:
- 1. Use of the Adobe and Cimarron Fitness Centers
- 2. join clubs
- 3. buy tickets to events
- 4. and play golf at the resident rate.
- The fees (non-refundable) for a maximum of two Renter Cards are as follows:
- 1 to 3 month lease = $300 per person
- 4 to 6 month lease = $400 per person
- 7 to 12 month lease = $600 per person
- Renter Card(s) expire upon termination of the Lease, or one year, whichever is less.
We request payment for the months desired up front, including a deposit with a signed contract by both parties.
